Fireproof Arc Flash ATPV 40 Calcm2 Hood. It covers the whole head. Includes helmet and shield ref. A1 101. Made with two layers of UltraSoft® fabric. The UltraSoft® FR fabric line. with 88º/ₒ cotton and 12º/ₒ high-tenacity nylon. provides resistance to fire during the wear life of the garment. in both industrial and domestic washing process. The fabric is engineered to focus the excellent abrasion resistance of the nylon on the surface to prolong garment wear life. while the cotton fibers are focused towards the skin to optimize comfort. Besides. UltraSoft® is designed to provide a soft feel for greater comfort. enhanced wear life and protective performance. This fabric is totally fireproof and its 12º/ₒ nylon increases the protection in some cases like electric arc or sudden fire. Category III PPE Personal protective equipment.
